Homemade Kombucha?

What do you guys think? Been drinking small dosages but yeah not sure if it's "safe"? Google is being vague. Thanks in advance :)

Since kombucha is unpasteurized and mildly alcoholic, it's recommended that pregnant women avoid it. I make my own kombucha, but I'm taking a break until my baby is born ♥

I would say no because it is unpasteurized

I wouldn’t risk homemade because you could make it wrong and can ferment long enough to have an increased alcohol content than it already has

I just buy GTs Kombucha. I have a kit to make my own kombucha tea that my sister bought for me last Christmas.. but it seems like just a big headache and mess to clean up once it's all said and done 🤷 but there's literally no science based facts that kombucha does anything good (or negative) for you/ your body/ your health.. I just like the way it taste 😂
