How and when would you introduce family (like grandparents) dogs to the baby? They are beautifully friendly that’s really not my

Concern- my worry is the germs-the things they smell and pick up on walks and licking themselves and then the thought they want to smell and see my baby boy? And naturally from a distance just doesn’t satisfy them. But I can’t keep them separate forever as we are there a lot usually... any tips?? Or advice? Or opinions?
