Looks like clogged pores . Black heads. Regular deep cleaning facials with extractions will help get rid of them. B’ore strips, exfoliation and clay mask will help too

I’m guessing you are talking about your pores? Looks like they may be clogged. Try exfoliating 2-3 times a week and try using a black head mask to help

I have these on my nose aswell and I’m super self conscious my mum says they’re just freckles but they aren’t and I can’t figure out how to get rid of them everything I try fails or pulls up one or two 
Can anyone help ??
