How to use preeseed??

What’s the correct way to use preeseed? First time trying it with clomid.

My first month using it with clomid as well! Last night I got a positive opk and I used it with the applicator and the box says wait 15 minutes before having sex. I’m going to use it tonight as well as I’m still getting dark opks. I only filled it up to the first mark on the applicator it can get messy if you use to much.
