Trying to conceive

Hi all my boyfriend and I are 18 we recently had a miscarriage in March and since then have been discussing trying again and finally decided to! I am very excited but also nervous the same thing will happen again. I just have a few questions we got pregnant fast the first time do you think it will be harder this time? Is there anyway we can insure this baby will be sticky? These questions may sound stupid but I really need some advice. Thank you!
