Getting the “cream” out
So if I put a bottle into the fridge at night after I pump, the cream of course separates out and sticks to the bottle. Is it okay if I run warm water over the sides of the bottle to loosen it. I barely even put any and I make sure the milk is on the opposite side of the bottle. That doesn’t count as reheating right?
