Stay at home moms

I am about 210 and I really am disgusted with myself so much 😳 I want to loose weight so bad. But I’m always in the dorn house!!! Ugh I want to run walk some miles go to the gym 😩 my question is does any stay at home moms pace the floor and walk their miles? Does it sound crazy? I’m out of shape just have a belly in front of me that’s not going anywhere 🤦🏽‍♀️ I need to start walking or whatever. I’ve went to 250 squats a day for about 3 weeks to quitting and just not hanging in there. I have the strength but the motivation is so so so low 😩
