Indigestion!!!! Food keeps coming back up when I burp. Any advice? ðŸ˜
I am having terrible indigestion! It doesnt matter what I eat, when I attempt to burp food comes back up in my throat. Its not acid reflux because it doesnt burn. I just feel like my food isnt digesting 😠I have also been extremely gassy as well lol! Helllpppp!!!
