Warning***blood! Possible ruptured cyst

I’m mid cycle and had a rush of something come out of me. I went to wipe and saw this! I freaked out and called my Dr who checked me and ordered a pelvic ultrasound. I’m nauseous and in pain!! I am still waiting to hear back about me ultrasound but I’m pretty sure what I saw on the screen was cyst, the tech couldn’t say much but I still asked, basically her facial expression said it all!
