My husband tested positive on a pregnancy and now one of his nuts hurts PLEASE HELP

He says it’s not a big deal and won’t get it checked. He’s in the military and will be getting deployed in a few days so they have to do tests before they go.

He tested positive on a pregnancy test which I know isn’t good. Yesterday randomly after he went to the bathroom he said it felt like he got kicked in the nuts, this morning it’s still bothering him but not as bad.

Ugh, I’m just worried about him
