Tomorrow I will be 38 weeks and today is my last day of work before leave. I’ve worked for the same company for 12 years and manage a group of 15 people. I know my leave is well earned and it’s not a vacation. But I feel bad. I feel like I’m leaving my job forever and that I’m letting my group down. I’m so excited for the next chapter and to meet my baby girl, I’m just emotional. I’m off for three months and I already have child care for when I come back lines up. Anyways, just feeling emotional this am.
