If I dont get my period tomorrow when should I test?

You and I are cycle buddies. I start my period the day after you. 
How did you confirm your ovulation? I look an OPK and the app adjusted the original estimated date to the date of the peak OPK. Although I thought ov was supposed to happen AFTER the peak ov. So I feel like my period will come later but the one thing I’m banking in are different symptoms than before. 
I’m testing every morning 🤷‍♀️ lol
