Would you be a SAHM if you could afford it? Why or why not?

If you already are a SAHM, what are the pros and cons that you have experiences? Do you enjoy it? What made you decide to be a SAHM?

If you are NOT a stay at home mom, what are the pros and cons of being a working mom?

I’m asking because my husband and I are thinking about TTC. I like to prepare for everything prior to something happening, so we have been on the subject of when we do have a baby and whether I should stay home or work. Ofcourse when that time comes we will probably try out both to see which one works for us better, but I’m wondering what everyone else’s experiences have been like?
