So much anxiety!

Hello endo warriors! I have a question for those who have conceived before. Did your endo symptoms go quite when you got pregnant? I have been TTC using ClearBlue ovulation tests. My last period was November 20-26, I had a LH surge on December 3rd and Glow says my next period should start December 18th. Usually this close to my period I would have the worse endo symptoms but I’m not really having any which is really not normal for me. I took a pregnancy test on Tuesday and it was negative. I just need some advice to help ease my anxiety.
