Gift ideas for 18-24 month old

My son is 19 months and we still have no clue what to get him for Christmas.

He has enough winter clothes and clothes in general. So that’s not really an option.

My in laws got him a plastic slide jungle gym, a kitchen helper, some wooden puzzles, books, a gift card to carters, a play tool set, and some legos.

My sister is getting him something else when she flies down...probably another toy. He’s in desperate need of new toys because his old ones he’s been having for awhile and I find he barely plays with them. I think it’s time to box them up for a couple of months. We wanted to get him a power wheels, but it’s cold and I’m afraid he won’t use it much until the summer. Any gift ideas you ladies have would be great. He is the hardest for me to shop for this year.
