FTM: Postpartum Night Sweats - normal?

Question

I gave birth to identical twin girls (natural vaginal delivery) on Sunday. Since, I've been freezing all the time during the day and the last 3 nights I've woken up completely soaked in sweat (and freezing!). 
I'm guessing I'm dealing with the effects of double baby hormones and all that water retention adjusting after giving birth but is there anything I can do? And what is "normal" for nightsweats postpartum?
I can try sleeping with a light blanket instead of our down comforter but I'm literally shaking from shivering because I'm cold when I get in the bed or get up to pump (pumping like a maniac for my premie twins who can't breastfeed just yet).  🤷
Keeping the house at 70F much to my husband's annoyance. 😂

I’m having the same experience one week postpartum... always freezing, but wake up sweating a ton (and shivering). I’ve been dressing lightly and keeping a heavy robe next to the bed

Yes! Almost 4 weeks PP and it’s slowing down now

Yes! I would take a cold shower before I laid down and just stayed in my nursing bra and some shorts. 
I would also have some cool rags or cool gel packs handy if it was really bad.
