Help. Please :/

I don’t know what to do.

I’m 7 weeks and about 3 days pregnant

Yesterday I had cramps I went to the restroom and had bright red as I wiped and when I peed blood also was in the Toilet. Nothing on a pad though. As the day went on I went to the bathroom and now lots of brown as I’m wiping. Again nothing on a pad but only when wiping. I’m not sure what to think. If this is normal or if this is the start of a miscarriage I already mentally set myself up for a miscarriage. I’ve had a miscarriage in July at 12 weeks.. I’m not bleeding heavy or anything I’ve worn a bad since last night at 9pm and now it’s 7:56an and nothing is in the pad. I have my ultrasound schedule in 3 days. Should I head to the ER even though nothing can be done? Thanks for your advice in advance.
