When do twins typically get into a set position? When I asked my doctor he said “never trust a baby”. Which I totally understand, but there has got to come a point where it’s unlikely. My twins have been an a T position for my entire pregnancy. I have an US at 10 weeks where they were even like that haha. Baby A has been head down, with baby B transverse.

I’m 30weeks and baby B is beginning to move head down along my side. Not quite there yet, but just her legs are across the top now. I’m hoping for a vaginal birth, but I won’t do breech extraction. I’m wondering if I can start getting comfortable that I won’t necessarily need a c section.
