How sore is normal for progesterone shot
How sore is "normal" for Progesterone shots? I do my shot myself in the morning on my right side and that side isn't too sore. My husband is doing my evening shot on my left side. My left side is very sore and tight....I've been icing before injections, massaging and sitting on the heating pad after. Also have tried doing more stretches before and after. Nothing seems to be helping my left side.
