Heavy period or Early miscarriage
I have heavy periods but I hardly ever have big blood clots so I get what I think is my period on Wednsday. Last night my vagina starts hurting so I go to the bathroom and I end up passing a few big blood clots when they hit the toilet you can actually hear it hit. So I was concerned and told my boyfriend he asked if I miscarried early I don't think there is any way to tell.
