My husband and I have taken these for a few months. Not a bad vitamin. We are on month 4 ttc.

We’re using it this month along with preseed. They are just vitamins

I didn’t like the one a day soft gels, it’s too humid in my part of the world. They don’t put a desiccant pack in theirs, so the beta carotene leeches out and gets orange-yellow residue on your fingers when you touch them. Harmless, but annoying. May be fine in your part of the world though.
