Ive been taking Nature's Best brand but they have been making me feel nauseous.

1. All prenatals make me sick so I take them right before I go to sleep
2 . The best ones you can get are a prescription from your dr (which you should do even if you aren’t pregnant but ttc) a lot of pharmacies offer them for free with a prescription now a days in the US
