Started taking it on a Friday with the red leaf tea and about a week later baby arrived.

At 39 weeks my cervix was completely closed and super hard and high. At 40 weeks my cervix was soft, low, and dilated to a 1. The only thing that I did differently in that week was start inserting EPO every night and taking it orally, everything else in my regiment stayed the same. I haven't delivered yet so I can't comment on increase in skin elasticity or anything else.

I’ve been taking it since 37 weeks and haven’t had any luck so far. :/
