Pads or Tampons
I have been using pads almost 5 years now, and by the way I got to know about the existence of tampons a few months back and I was amazed how better they are and how I could have done way more if only I knew more. Well.. Coming to the point again. Firstly I read people prefer pads over tampons too. So which one is better.? Secondly, is using a tampon like way too difficult and harmful (if used for longer) to use?
