Bloody show?

Im 36 weeks pregnant today, my previous 2 babies were born at 36 weeks. Ive never had my water break on its own. Ive lost mucous thruout the past days and when i was checked i wats at 50%effaced and 2cm dilated. Today after dropping my 5year old off at school, i had this come out, is it bloody show? What happens next? Cant get ahold of my obs office. Stomach began to tighten but not too painful. Feel dymb for asking cuz its my 3rd baby but ive never experienced this before. Suggestions?
