Test at 6DPO?

I’m 7DPO tomorrow can I test now?? Or wait a few more days?? I’m sooo egar to test yet don’t want to set my hopes on a BFP to receive a BFN I also know to test at 7DPO is very early & likely to result in a negative even if I do later receive a positive! Can anyone offer advice?
