Breastfeeding supplements/vitamins?

With my first I made some mistakes breastfeeding and had low supply when I went back to work. Just had baby girl 2 days ago and wondered if any of you mamas had success with a supplement/vitamin?

Water, water, and more water. Oatmeal in the morning for breakfast helps too. When possible, let baby feed on demand.
For helpful tips I would look on the La Leche League or Milky Mama website (they also have Instagram if you do that). Sometimes women think they need all these supplements when really a few diet changes will help dramatically.
