So all of a sudden this level 10 pain came over me in my lower abdomen obviously where my uterus is. I thought "oh my goodness maybe I need to go to the bathroom." So I try to walk but my knees buckled and the pain worsened with each step. I reach the bathroom and my body started pushing and pushing oh my gosh it hurt so bad! It took 15 min for it to stop. It wasn't gas. Nothing. I felt like I just dry heaved but in a birthing way. Anyone done that? What was that?!

Btw I'm 20 weeks in two days!
