Step after Clomd?

So I'm about to go on my 7th Month in a row on clomid iv had enough and convinced my doc to make me an earlier appointment which is this Tuesday coming to discuss the next step, my question is what's been or suggested to be your next step?

My obgyn won’t do more than six months of clomid for safety reasons. She’s going to send me to a fertility doctor if six don’t work. I assume they’d do injectible meds with iui

Here is my Journey..hope this helps! Starting trying almost two years ago. Finally this year we went to a very well known fertility doctor. He immediately went to laparoscopy. So glad he did bc I had stage 4 endometriosis, scaring and small lesions. Put me on progesterone for 6 months. Another surgery to get the rest. Straight into IUI. We did one natural and now my first Clomid IUI was last Thursday. So I’m waiting currently. Both times I began to take progesterone two days after the IUI. My doctor wanted to try clomid for 4 tries then move to the other fertility drug. But we wanted to be more aggressive. Going straight to IVF next month!

Interested since I’m on my 4th month and curious what next steps are after Clomid.
