Cramps and lower back pain

So I am 4 weeks and 4 days along and I have had mild cramping and mild lower back pain..is this normal? Plus light brownish discharge and sometimes dark brown..This is my first time being pregnant does everything seem normal? I have got anxiety and keep looking things up and afraid of an ectopic pregnancy. Advice please!!!!
