My period is so heavy this week.. omg worse ever. I went threw a pad with in 2 hours n it went threw onto my undies a little .. so i decided ill wear a tampon... nope... that only last 3 hours until it got full .. pad also give me rashes and im still new to tampons so idk what to do. I need a hot bath for my rashes . But guys any ideas??? Maybe tips on how to survive
