KETO IS NOT FOR EVERYONE! I don’t know how many times I have mentioned about not being able to lose weight and someone immediately suggests I try keto. It is a diet that is supposed to be used short term and can wreak havoc on your insides if not done correctly. Not to mention the levels of high cholesterol most people have when they are on it long term. I know that a high fat diet would immediately put my bowels into evacuation mode. If it has worked for you, that’s great! I’m happy for you. But please, stop suggesting it to everyone. It is not a cure all.
