Before ttc I never knew any pain or cramps or anything except the ones that start two days before my period. But NOW?! I swear every month I have implantation bleeding/cramps, dizziness, sore boobs and feelings of nausea 😑🤦🏻‍♀️ smdh

Early signs of pregnancy and pre menstrual symptoms can be the same for most women. 
Funny what the mind/body does when we are ttc or would like to.

All pregnancy symptoms are basically period symptoms. Sore boobs is the only one that I noticed when I actually got pregnant. The rest are just a tease.
