Starting to panic.

I hate that I am an avid over thinker. But I’ve been sexually active twice with two different guys since late November to now. Two days after the first guy took Plan B. And a day after the second one took plan B. Supposed to start my period in two days and I wiped today and there was blood and I’m bloated and started to get a little sense of cramp pain. Thoughts?
