When to go to the doctor?

We’ve been trying to conceive for 8 months now. I think I’m going to make an appointment with my OB to get testing done. Is it too early to do this?

They usually want you to see a doctor if you have been trying for 1 year or longer with no results.

If you are concerned you can always get checked out at any time but it takes an average healthy couple a year or longer to get pregnant so I would wait until you've hit the 1 year mark

Never wrong to go consult a physician if you have concerns. But when I was TTC my first, it had been 8 months and I had my yearly exam with my GYN. She told me to wait another 4 months (til we had been TTC for a year) u til she would consider doing any fertility testing. Good luck to you!!
