Weight lost? HELP!

I see all of these amazing body transformations on here and it makes me want to lose the weight too.

I need help!

What can I do to lose the weight and keep it off?

I went from 250 to 195 then due to depression and lack of motivation (which I’m still kinda in that) I gained a good amount of weight back and now I’m in a relationship and have gained more and now I’m back 250 to 260 and I hate myself more than ever and I’m really disappointed in myself.

I just want to be able to love myself...
