When do you consider your baby to turn another month?

So I’m really confused because my son was born on the 17th of October and four weeks later it was the 14th of November. I wasn’t sure if I should celebrate on the 17th of nov or the 14th. What do you all think.

I go with the day of the month because when they’re a year old you’re going to celebrate their birthday, not their “52nd week”

You count the day of the month because some months have a little more than 4 weeks and some months have a little less, it all depends on what day of the week the month started in and the amount of days.
