There’s a guy that I work with who potentially might be flirting with me. We like to mess with each other, he winked at me earlier today, and slapped his own butt when he opened the door for me. Those are just a few examples of things that have happened. What do you think?

He could just be a general flirt with women he’s comfortable with. I wouldn’t take anything he does too seriously unless you are sure. He needs to be careful. Being flirty in the workplace can be very damaging for him if he does it to the wrong person. Me too movement has made that very clear.
