I am 19 years old and have probably had my period for about 7 years now. More recently, my periods have gotten significantly more painful. Especially before it’s technically even started (before you actually see blood). I don’t know why my symptoms have been getting worse this past 6 months, and this current one is the worst by far. I am not sexually active (never done it). I haven’t started bleeding yet but the cramps are awful. I don’t know what to do. Advice? Not on birth control.
