I got my mirena removed earlier this week and started my period right after. This is the heaviest period I’ve had in years, but I’m not cramping badly or anything. However I am extremely nauseous. It’s so bad I can’t even eat. I started the depo shot a month ago and I don’t know if it’s just my body adjusting to not having two doses of hormones on top of my own, or if it’s just my body getting used to the shot as opposed to the iud, or if I’m just sick, because I had a stomach bug earlier this week and my boyfriend got it right after I did but he feels better now and I still can’t eat without wanting to puke :( if anyone has any ideas as to why I’m so insanely nauseous or any tips for reducing that nausea so I can get some food in me, let me know!!!
