My boy has always been a pretty "needy" little guy. His tantrums though are crazy. He wants me to hold him all the time too. His tantrums are bad he flails and just bashes his head on anything that's near him. He is such a lively kid i think he is wanting to say words and maybe can't communicate. We have been working on it he says new words every day but they rarely help with a tantrum when he doesn't get his way. In public it can be impossible. There is no going to a restaurant with him he isn't just going to sit there he never has he wanta to be doing stuff. Any helpful suggestions appreciated.
