ANY BFP AFTER Sonohysterogram or HSG?

I am desperate to poas & get a BFP after TTC since 2014 with no luck. I have a history of endo that has been removed with 2 surgeries this year. I recently had a sonohysterogram and lapo October 25. This is my first cycle TTC (as we couldn't have sex for 2 weeks). I had some endo removed from my right ovary, a cyst removed from my left ovary. OB stated everything looks good however right tube didnt flush saline. He doesn't believe its a blockage tho. Possible spasm during procedure. Any success stories?
