Period pains...
Every time I start my period I have these debilitating cramps, it’s the word pain I’ve ever experienced. I physically cannot do anything while I have them. They last all day or all night and medicine or heating pads don’t work. I was wondering if this is normal, am I supposed to be in this amount of pain each month or should I seek medical treatment.
