I just moved across the country and cant get to an Ob/Gyn. Heres a little backstory;

In October of this year i had a very early miscarriage at maybe 4 weeks. Had an ultrasound that showed to GS or anything. I bled for a week as a normal period. My next period that came I bled as I normally would and then stopped / spotted for a few says then stopped. I have been bleeding a full on period with cramps and all since then literally every other week if not sooner. I also found 2 lumps in my breast that I am concerned about. What should i do?
