Early period? Or...?

I had unprotected sex 12/5 and I took the morning after pill within 29 hours after the fact - I have a few different period tracking apps because my cycle is so irregular but the soonest projected start date is 12/23 Yesterday there was bright red blood when I wiped, and then a more noticable amount so I put in a tampon and it was more than a quarter full of bright red blood and egg white like mucus - so I’m wondering, is this a good sign that I’m not pregnant and possibly getting my period early? I usually spot at least two days before my period starts but this is like 7 days early.

*And I just got prescribed a new birth control pill that I’ve been waiting on for those who may suggest not using the plan b pill!
