Breast Pumping Question?

I’m a FTM with twins, they are currently in the NICU so I’m strictly pumping right now. My milk just starting coming in rapidly and my boobs have really filled in..I just pumped for 25 min and got 62 ML total but my boobs still hurt & feel full..there was still some milk being pumped but the flow was very slow. 
Are they empty enough or should continue to pump until absolutely nothing comes out anymore? 
Is it normal for them to still feel full & hurt after pumping?

Its normal for them to be sore. Although a woman's breast are never truly empty your breast should feel relatively soft and emptyish. If they still feel full be sure to hit the letdown button. Also breast compressions while pumping empties your breast better. There are lots of instructional videos on YouTube about breast compression. Good luck 😊

It won’t always be like that. Once you start direct feeding, your body will get better at figuring out how much milk you need and making closer to the exact amount.

Pump until nothing comes out. It can be uncomfortable on your nipples. But it’s much less painful then a clogged duck. You can always just freeze the milk if it’s a lot!

Pump until you’re empty do you don’t get clogged ducts from engorgement, that’s what I did anyways, it made me hurt less.
