Hey all, first time posting anything here, so I'll get right to it.

About a week after my period, I started spotting(I think), staining my panties with about a quarter sized spot of blood yesterday. Today, liner, only a bit of brown red.

Panicked cause I never had spotting before. Idk if my body is just changing, but I'm only 24. I had a sterilization treatment, essure, because health problems that would complicate having a baby. I've had no abnormal bleeding or pain from essure. Married, sexually active.

There's so many reasons why I could be spotting according to the internet, should I just contact my Dr, or am I over reacting?
