Ugh! I’m no stranger to yeast infections either just before or right after a period. Which I’m told is normal as my body is “off balance” when that happens. But lately I’ve been getting itchy the day after sex then nothing more. I’ve talked to my doctor about it and they were like oh it’s normal now that you’re not on BC..

And I’m just getting frustrated. Any tips or suggestions on how I can avoid the itch?! We aren’t using protection so it’s not an allergy.
