Period Pain

I always have bad cramps when I am on my period, but this time it hearts even more than it normally is for me it’s near my Becky I have already taken medicine for it and each time I go to the bathroom it hearts right where the pain is even more! Any tips out there on what I could do to help it out to go away I have try’d everything, and I am a virgin?!
