Bit of TMI in this question.

Yesterday afternoon I thought I had come on my period faster I found blood in my pants however there wasn’t any blood on the tissue when I wiped which is strange but thought nothing if it and went and put a tampon in, later on at about 10pm I removed the tampon it was as clean as when I put it in and I haven’t had any bleeding since, I’ve done 3 pregnancy tests and all negative, don’t want to google as they tend to scare monger anyone had this happen before?
